NETUM GROUP OY LEHDISTÖTIEDOTE 28.6.2019
Netum Group Oy on tänään ostanut integraatiopalveluihin keskittyneen Agentit Finland Oy koko osakekannan. Yritysosto vahvistaa Netumin palvelutarjontaa ja laajentaa toiminnan kasvavalle Turun talousalueelle. Yritysoston jälkeen Netum-konsernissa työskentelee 120 asiantuntijaa ja kuluvan vuoden liikevaihto on noin 13 m €.
Agentit Finland Oy:ssä työskentelee noin 20 asiantuntijaa, jotka keskittyvät tietojärjestelmien välisten integraatioiden kehittämiseen sekä niiden jatkuvan toimivuuden hallintaan. Yhtiön asiakaskunta koostuu pääosin tukkukaupan ja logistiikan alan yrityksistä Pohjois-Euroopassa. Yhtiön liikevaihto oli 1,6 m € vuonna 2018 ja kannattavuus hyvä.

Agentit Finland Oy jatkaa itsenäisenä yhtiönä ja yhtiö raportoidaan osana Netum-konsernia 1.7.2019 alkaen. Agentit Finland Oy:n kolme osakasta tulevat Netum Group Oy:n osakkaiksi.

Netum Group Oy has today aqcuired all shares of Agentit Finland Oy. The transaction strenghtens Netum’s service portfolio and expands its presence into the growing district of Turku. After the arrangement Netum Group Oy employs 120 IT-experts and revenues for 2019 are estimated at circa 13 MEur.
Employing 20 professionals Agentit Finland Oy focuses on B-to-B integration services. Its clientele consists mainly of wholesale and logistics companies in Northern Europe. Revenues in 2018 were 1,6 MEur with EBITDA of 430 KEur.

Agentit Finland Oy continues as a separate entity and it will be reported as fully owned subsidiary of Netum Group Oy starting 1st of July 2019. The three owners of Agentit Finland Oy will become shareholders of Netum Group Oy.
